Say what you actually think. A review that mentions what didn't work is more useful to the next person than one that only says “great.”

Reviews are published as written. Morrow Home can reply in public, and can only take a review down for a specific reason — spam, abuse, personal information, or being about something else. A low rating is not one of those reasons.
